A beautiful expression of perfume and colour, our Songbird Gin sings with notes of Pomegranate and Cinnamon. Our botanical friends of Juniper and Coriander meet with Cassia bark, Apple, Lemon peel and vapour infusion of Peppercorns, heady Cardamon, Orris Root and Angelica.
The Gin is finished with a strictly controlled infusion of Pomegranate arils to deliver complexity and subtle fruit notes, matching beautifully with the warm and sweet cinnamon aromatics of the Cassia bark.
The Gin features a light pearlescent crimson colour, courtesy of the Pomegranate.
We recommend you enjoy our Songbird in a tall glass with a generous serve of Soda (try Strangelove's) and ice, garnished with a Strawberry.
