Our flagship award winning Gin. A London Dry-style Gin with clean Juniper flavours forward with hints of Fennel and Peppercorn notes to finish. This Gin is crisp and flinty dry.
Made with Juniper, Coriander, Cassia bark, Black Peppercorns, Orris Root, Cardamom, Lemon peel and our locally foraged Fennel seeds.
This is a Gin to reflect the terroir of the Upper Hunter region. A drive through our District will see wild Fennel and Peppercorn trees (shinus areira) growing wild in paddocks and by the side of the road. Our Murrurundi Dry is created as a unique expression of this beautiful location.
We recommended serving this Gin with a low-sugar mixer such Strangelove's Light Tonic and with a traditional garnish of Lemon or Lime.
