This Gin is a vapour distillation of Cardamon, Cassia Bark, Citrus Peel and Peppercorn. Post distillation, we have carefully balanced an infusion of Ginger and fiery Grains of Paradise (one of the world's rare spices) along with immersion of charred staves of Red Gum - the taste of the Australian bush.
The result is a dry Gin with an invigorating and woody and smoky finish. With a higher ABV of 47%, this is a strong and assertive Spirit with a warming and smooth aftertaste.
Try sipping this neat on ice to savour the fire within, or try it in a Gin Mule cocktail with Mint, Lime juice and Strangelove's enigmatic Hot Ginger Beer.
